Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Globaltrade di Linsen website (gtlinsen.com) and any inquiry, quotation or commercial engagement initiated through it. By using the site you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Company

2. Scope of service

We manufacture carpets and rugs (tufted, woven, needlepunch and hand-tufted) at our facility in Prato, Italy, and sell them directly to commercial and residential clients. We do not provide unrelated services and do not act as an intermediary for third parties.

3. Quotations and orders

All quotations are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated. Orders become binding upon written confirmation by Globaltrade di Linsen and receipt of any required deposit.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in Euros, exclusive of VAT and shipping unless explicitly noted. Standard terms are 50% deposit on order, 50% prior to dispatch.

5. Delivery

Standard lead time is four to eight weeks from confirmed order, depending on technique and volume. Delivery terms (EXW, FCA, DDP) are agreed per order.

6. Warranty

All goods are inspected before dispatch and carry a manufacturing warranty of twenty-four (24) months against latent defects, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law where relevant.

7. Intellectual property

All website content, images, designs and patterns developed by Globaltrade di Linsen remain our property. Designs submitted by clients remain the property of the client.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prato.
