Shipping

We ship worldwide on EXW, FCA or DDP terms (Incoterms 2020), agreed per order. Standard transit times: Italy 2–4 business days; Europe 5–7 business days; international 10–20 business days.

Returns & complaints

As a made-to-order manufacturer, finished goods are non-returnable except in case of manufacturing defect. Complaints must be raised in writing within 14 days of delivery, with photographs and the production batch reference. Confirmed defects will be remade or refunded at our discretion.

Sustainability

Our supply chain is concentrated in the Prato textile district and broader EU. We comply with REACH and ECHA SVHC reporting. Recycled fibres (ECONYL®, recycled PET) are available on request. Off-cuts and end-of-life carpets can be returned to our partner recyclers under our take-back scheme.

Quality

Every roll undergoes 100% factory inspection before dispatch. Reaction-to-fire certification (EN 13501-1) is available for all contract orders on request.

Anti-bribery

We do not offer, solicit or accept bribes or improper inducements. Suspected misconduct should be reported to info@gtlinsen.com.

Modern slavery

We expect our suppliers to comply with all applicable labour laws and oppose any form of forced or child labour.
